4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• Members of the same household, or users sharing the same IP address or device, are eligible for only one welcome bonus.
• Using any method to place bets for the purpose of claiming bonus funds (betting on both sides, low-risk hedging, etc.) will be considered a breach of these terms.
• f099 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.

5.2 Technical Errors

Any bet placed at odds or with a result displayed incorrectly due to a display error, disconnection, or software issue will be considered void and null. In such cases, the applicable bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Finality of Game Results
